The seller's furnishings were not effectively communicating the scale, flow, or character of the spaces, making it difficult for prospective buyers to understand the home's full potential. The challenge was to introduce furniture and styling that complemented the architecture while creating a sense of warmth and livability.

THE APPROACH

AATW developed a tailored staging plan centered on proportion, flow, and function, thoughtfully integrating furnishings and décor with the home’s existing character. Each room was considered as part of the larger composition, with selections that reinforce the architecture and define its intended use.

A restrained palette, curated artwork, and layered décor bring warmth and sophistication while maintaining visual continuity throughout the residence. The approach remains intentionally edited, allowing the architecture to stay at the forefront.
