Products ordered through All About the Wow will be delivered to a destination in Florida specified in the Order Confirmation. We will arrange for delivery of the ordered products to you through our sales department. Once the purchase is complete, we will coordinate the delivery date and time. In the case of inclement weather or other events beyond our control that interfere with our ability to deliver your order, we will attempt to as soon as reasonably possible.
We currently deliver products through two (2) shipping methods: Regular Delivery and White Glove Delivery
Estimated delivery for orders shipped is three to five (3-5) days from the date the order is placed and paid.
Regular Delivery — Product(s) is/are only delivered as boxed item(s) to the indicated DELIVER TO ADDRESS. Regular delivery does not include unpacking nor installation.
White Glove Delivery – We offer White Glove Delivery within the Four Counties in South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Collier). This type of delivery includes bringing the item(s) into the main level of your home, unwrapping the item, and light assembly of the item if applicable. Additional charges may apply if there are more than two flights of stairs.
You will be contacted by our sales department to coordinate the details of the delivery. Estimated delivery timeframes are typically scheduled in four-hour blocks (for example, delivery expected between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.). Delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed. Either you or someone designated (an adult) by you must be present at the delivery destination to receive your delivery. Your signature (or the signature of your designee) will be required to confirm receipt.
